Section and Other Headings; Pronouns; and Construction. The section and other headings contained in this Agreement are for reference only and have no legal significance. The use of pronouns is generic and they shall mean any gender as appropriate. The terms "include" or "including," or similar terminology, shall be construed as meaning without limitation as to the nature or scope of the referenced matters. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been drafted by both parties, and therefore the rule against construing ambiguities against the party drafting a contract shall be inapplicable to this Agreement.
