Common use of Section, Article, Exhibit and Schedule References, etc Clause in Contracts

Section, Article, Exhibit and Schedule References, etc. Unless otherwise stated, Section, Article, Exhibit and Schedule references made herein are to Sections, Articles, Exhibits or Schedules, as the case may be, of this Agreement. Whenever the context may require, any pronoun shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine and neuter forms. The words "include", "includes" and "including" shall be deemed to be followed by the phrase "without limitation". Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, any reference in this Agreement to any Loan Document shall mean such document as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
