Section B. Seniority Information. The Employer will prepare seniority lists structured by Department, Work Location, and classification, (each level within a series is a separate classification) showing the seniority of all Bargaining Unit employees on the payroll on the preparation date. The seniority lists for a work location shall be prepared at the end of the first pay period that reflects the seniority earned and credited through the end of the last full pay period in July and at the end of the first pay period that reflects the seniority earned and credited through the end of the last full pay period in January and will be made available for review by employees. A copy of the current seniority list shall be furnished to the Union. Any error timely reported shall be corrected promptly.
