SECTION Conditions to Obligations of Seller. The obligations of Seller to consummate the transactions contemplated herein are subject, at the option of Seller, to satisfaction of the following condition: Purchaser shall have complied with its covenants and agreements contained herein, and the representations and warranties contained in Article VI hereof shall be true and correct on the date hereof and as of the Closing Date.
