The section and paragraph headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be read or construed as limiting the substance or generality of such sections or paragraphs of this Agreement. Each covenant contained in this Agreement shall be construed (absent an express contrary provision therein) as being independent of each other covenant contained herein and compliance with any one covenant shall not (absent such an express contrary provision) be deemed to excuse compliance with any or all other covenants.
