Section Headings; Counterparts; etc. The section headings of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and are not to be considered in construing this Agreement. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Except as expressly provided herein, none of the parties hereto shall have any authority represent or to bind the other parties in any manner whatsoever.
