Reference in this Agreement to a Section, Article, or Schedule, unless otherwise indicated, shall constitute references to a Section or an Article of this Agreement or a Section of the Disclosure Schedule, as the case may be. The section headings and article titles contained in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and do not form a part thereof and shall not affect in any way the meaning or the interpretation of this Agreement.
