Common use of Section Headings, Table of Contents and Construction Clause in Contracts

Section Headings, Table of Contents and Construction. The titles of the Sections and the Table of Contents appear as a matter of convenience only, do not constitute a part of this Agreement and will not affect the construction hereof. Each covenant contained in this Agreement will be construed (absent an express contrary provision herein) as being independent of each other covenant contained herein, and compliance with any one covenant will not (absent such an express contrary provision) be deemed to excuse compliance with one or more other covenants.
