Any such notice or communication shall be deemed to have been received upon (ia) actual receipt thereof by in the addresseecase of personal delivery, on the date and at the time of such delivery, (iib) actual delivery thereof to in the appropriate address or case of a nationally-recognized overnight courier, on the next business day after the date when sent, (iiic) in the case of a facsimile transmission, upon when a printed confirmation indicating a successful transmission thereof is received by the sender and issuance by (d) in the transmitting machine case of a confirmation slip mailing, on the third (3rd) business day (as defined in Section 9.2(f) of the Merger Agreement) following that on which the number piece of pages constituting the notice have been transmitted without errormail containing such communication is posted.
