SECTIONAL TITLE SCHEME. DELETE IF NOT APPLICABLE 34.1 The Lessor will, prior to the Effective Date, establish a sectional title scheme on the property (“the Scheme”), of which the Premises will form part. 34.2 The Scheme will be registered in phases and provisions will be made for a real right to extend the Scheme (“the Right of Extension”). 34.3 The Premises might not be depicted on the plans which will be registered prior to the Effective Date, but will be reflected in the plans comprising the Right of Extension.
