Sections, Headings and Interpretation. The division of this Agreement into sections and the insertion of headings are for convenience of reference only and do not affect its interpretation. Except where the context requires otherwise, references to the terms “herein,” “hereof,” “hereunder” and similar expressions refer to this Agreement as a whole, and not to any specific Section or Schedule.
