Sections of Tender Document. ‌ 6.1 The tender document consists of Parts 1, 2, and 3, which includes all the sections specified below, and which should be read in conjunction with any Addenda issued in accordance with ITT 8. PART 1 Tendering Procedures‌ i) Section I - Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) ii) Section II - Tender Data Sheet (TDS) iii) Section III - Evaluation and Qualification Criteria iv) Section IV - Tendering Forms i) Section V - Drawings ii) Section VI - Specifications iii) Section VII - Bills of Quantities i) Section VIII - General Conditions of Contract (GCC) ii) Section IX - Special Conditions of Contract (SC) iii) Section X - Contract Forms 6.2 The Invitation to Tender Document (ITT) issued by the Procuring Entity is not part of the Contract documents. 6.3 Unless obtained directly from the Procuring Entity, the Procuring Entity is not responsible for the completeness of the Tender document, responses to requests for clarification, the minutes of the pre-Tender meeting (if any), or Addenda to the Tender document in accordance with ITT 8. In case of any contradiction, documents obtained directly from the Procuring Entity shall prevail. The Tenderer is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms, and specifications in the Tender Document and to furnish with its Tender all information and documentation as is required by the Tender document.
