Sector Manager (Administrative only). The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Sector shall appoint a manager of the Sector (the "Manager"), who shall report to the Board. For the purposes of National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) service of process, the Northeast Coastal Communities Sector lists ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as the Sector representative and contact person.
