Secure and Ventilate Sample Clauses

The 'Secure and Ventilate' clause requires the responsible party, typically a tenant or property user, to ensure that the premises are properly locked and adequately ventilated. In practice, this means making sure all doors and windows are secured when the property is unattended and that airflow is maintained to prevent issues like mold or stale air. This clause helps protect the property from unauthorized entry and damage due to poor air circulation, thereby safeguarding both the physical security and the condition of the premises.
