Secure Computer System definition

Secure Computer System means a computer system used by Supplier to access Chordiant’s source code. Such Secure Computer System must consist of an isolated network containing one or more computer workstations and personal computers contained in a single building. All such Secure Computer Systems will be housed in secure sites according to the provisions set forth in Exhibit 12.
Secure Computer System refers to a computer system used by Adobe Support Information Recipient to modify, compile, and assemble source code and link object code in conjunction with carrying out the development work contemplated herein and meeting the minimum requirements set forth below:
Secure Computer System refers to a computer system used by Peerless to modify, compile, and assemble source code and link object code in conjunction with carrying out the development work contemplated by this Agreement. It shall consist of an isolated network containing one or more computer workstations and personal computers contained in a single building or within a group of adjacent buildings with a secure network between them. Each such Secure Computer System shall be fully implemented and administered by Peerless in accordance with the provisions set forth below.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means all of each Loan Party’s and each of its Subsidiary’s rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (a) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (b) all software and all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (a) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (c) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (d) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (a), (b) and (c) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Computer Equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Technology Systems means the electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, hardware, third party software, networks, peripherals and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, and Intellectual Property used by either party and its Subsidiaries or by a third party.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.
