Secure Infrastructure. The aim of this task is to address the various operational security-related risks and to maintain the availability of EGI services. This task covers all aspects of operational security including Security Incident Coordination and Security Vulnerability Handling. It relies on the GOCDB Security contact information and the security related policy work done under NA2.

Secure Infrastructure. CDW maintains a secure infrastructure topology that meets industry standards for: • segmentation, ensuring Personal Da ta is logica lly separated from CDW data and that of other CDW customers, • firewa ll and network architecture, including considerations for internal and external communications, • intrusion detection and prevention, • encryption for data at rest and in motion, • device hardening and standard configuration, including the removal of system defaults and unused ports and services, • malware detection and prevention designed to protect CDW systems, including those that store Personal Data or connect to customer environments, and • Security Event and Incident Monitoring, including alerting, response, remediation, and log protection and retention procedures.

Related to Secure Infrastructure

  • Utility Infrastructure During the term of this Agreement, Company will have the right to receive water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, telecommunication and data services at the Premises.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from PCS to Verizon, PCS, at PCS’s own expense, shall:

  • Equipment Procurement If responsibility for construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades is to be borne by the Connecting Transmission Owner, then the Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence design of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades and procure necessary equipment as soon as practicable after all of the following conditions are satisfied, unless the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner otherwise agree in writing:
