The Secure Passwords clause requires parties to establish and maintain strong, confidential passwords for accessing systems or information covered by the agreement. Typically, this involves setting minimum password complexity standards, mandating regular password changes, and prohibiting the sharing of passwords with unauthorized individuals. Its core function is to reduce the risk of unauthorized access and data breaches by ensuring that access credentials are robust and properly managed.
Secure Passwords. The account holder agrees to maintain a secure password to the account. Secure passwords are those that are at least 8 characters long, contain upper and lower case letters, and numbers or other characters, and cannot be found in direct or reverse order in a dictionary, without regard to the language of the dictionary.
Secure Passwords. Employer shall ensure that each authorized user maintains a secure password for its use of the testing portal and keeps its password confidential. Employer shall immediately notify DBI of any compromise of any secured password of any authorized user, and shall cooperate with DBI in any manner deemed reasonably necessary by DBI to protect its rights.

Secure Passwords. Licensee shall use good faith efforts to ensure that each Authorized User shall (i) keep a secure password for its use of the Services, Software, and Documentation, (ii) that such password shall be changed no less frequently than monthly, and (iii) that each Authorized User shall keep his password confidential.
