Common use of Secured Bank Product Provider Clause in Contracts

Secured Bank Product Provider. (a) Bank of America or any of its Affiliates or branches; and (b) any other Lender or Affiliate or branch of a Lender that is providing a Bank Product (provided such provider delivers written notice to the Agent, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, which has been countersigned by the Lead Borrower to designate such Bank Product as a Secured Bank Product Obligation, (i) describing the Bank Product and setting forth the maximum amount to be secured by the Collateral and the methodology to be used in calculating such amount, and (ii) agreeing to be bound by Section 11.12).

Secured Bank Product Provider. (a) Bank of America or any of its Affiliates Affiliates; (b) BOK Financial Corporation or branchesany of its Affiliates; and (bc) any other Lender or Affiliate or branch of a Lender that is providing a Bank Product (Product, provided such the provider delivers written notice to the Agent and Collateral Agent, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent and Collateral Agent, which has been countersigned by the Lead Borrower to designate such later of the Closing Date or 10 days following creation of the Bank Product as a Secured Bank Product ObligationProduct, (i) describing the Bank Product and setting forth the maximum amount to be secured by the Collateral and the methodology to be used in calculating such amount, and (ii) agreeing to be bound by Section 11.12)12.14. Secured Parties: Agent, Collateral Agent, Documentation Agent, Issuing Bank, Lenders and Secured Bank Product Providers.
