Common use of Secured Obligation Clause in Contracts

Secured Obligation. The obligations of the Company under this Note are secured by all assets of the Company pursuant to the Security Agreement, dated as of February 28, 2014 between the Company and the Secured Parties (as defined therein).

Secured Obligation. The obligations of the Company under this Note are secured by all assets of the Company and each Subsidiary pursuant to the Security Agreement, dated as of February 28September 29, 2014 2021 between the Company, the Subsidiaries of the Company and the Secured Parties (as defined therein).
