Common use of Secured Parties as Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Secured Parties as Beneficiaries. The allocations set forth in this Section are solely to determine the rights and priorities of the Secured Parties among themselves and may be changed by agreement among them without the consent of any Credit Party. No Credit Party is entitled to any benefit under this Section or has any standing to enforce this Section. Excluded Swap Obligations with respect to any Credit Party shall not be paid with amounts received from such Credit Party or such Credit Party’s assets, but appropriate adjustments shall be made with respect to payments from other Credit Parties to preserve the allocation to Obligations otherwise set forth above in this Section 5.5(a).
