Common use of Secured Party Access Clause in Contracts

Secured Party Access. Permit the Collateral Agent, by the Collateral Agent’s representatives and agents, to enter any premises where all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, are located, to immediately take possession of the Collateral or any part thereof, from any Grantor or any other person who then has possession of any part thereof with or without notice or process of law, remove such Collateral, remain present at such premises to receive copies of all communications and remittances relating to the Collateral and use in connection with such removal and possession any and all services, supplies, aids and other facilities of any Grantor.
