Common use of Secured Party as Attorney-in-Fact for Grantor Clause in Contracts

Secured Party as Attorney-in-Fact for Grantor. Each Grantor hereby constitutes and irrevocably appoints the Secured Party, acting for and on behalf of itself and the Beneficiaries and each successor or assign of the Secured Party and the Beneficiaries, the true and lawful attorney-in-fact of such Grantor, with full power and authority in the place and stead of such Grantor and in the name of such Grantor, the Secured Party or otherwise to take any action and execute any instrument at the written direction of the Beneficiaries and enforce all rights, interests and remedies of such Grantor with respect to the Collateral, including the right:
