Common use of Secured Party May Perform Clause in Contracts

Secured Party May Perform. If the Debtor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Debtor under Section 21.

Secured Party May Perform. If the Debtor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Debtor under Section 216.1.

If the Debtor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Debtor under Section 21and shall constitute Obligations secured by this Agreement.

If the Debtor or any of the Subsidiaries fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Debtor under pursuant to Section 2113.3.

If the any Debtor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Debtor Debtors as provided under Section 219 hereof, with interest as provided in the Letter Agreement.

If the Debtor fails to perform any agreement or covenant contained herein, the Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreementagreement or covenant, and the reasonable expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Debtor under Section 218(b).

If the Debtor Borrower fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Secured Party Party, at its option, may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be included in the Obligations secured hereby and payable by the Debtor Borrower under Section 218.3.

If the Debtor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Debtor as provided under Section 219 hereof, with interest at the rate provided for in Section 6.1 of the Loan Agreement.

If the Debtor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Debtor under Section 2114.2.

If the Debtor or the Subsidiary fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Debtor under pursuant to Section 2112.3.

Secured Party May Perform. If the Debtor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Secured Party may itself perform, or cause the performance of, such agreement, agreement and the reasonable expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be promptly payable and reimbursed to the Secured Party by the Debtor Debtor, under Section 21Article VII hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, the Secured Party has no duty to collect any income or either amounts accruing on the Collateral or to preserve any rights relating to any Collateral.
