Common use of Secured Party May Perform Clause in Contracts

Secured Party May Perform. If any Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein and such failure is not remedied to the satisfaction of Secured Party within 15 days after being notified thereof, Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Grantors under Section 18(b).

Secured Party May Perform. If any Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein and herein, Secured Party may, if such agreement is not performed by such Grantor within ten days after written notice of such failure is not remedied to the satisfaction of given by Secured Party within 15 days after being notified thereofto such Grantor, Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Grantors under Section 18(b).11(b) hereof

Secured Party May Perform. If any the Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein and such failure is not remedied to the satisfaction of Secured Party within 15 30 days after being notified thereofwritten notice from Secured Party, Secured Party may itself themselves perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Grantors under the Grantor pursuant to Section 18(b)6.2.

Secured Party May Perform. If any the Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein and such failure is not remedied to herein, at any time after written notice from the satisfaction of Secured Party within 15 days after being notified thereofto Grantor of such failure, the Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be added to the Liabilities and shall be payable by Grantors under Section 18(b)the Grantor within 15 days after demand therefor.

If any Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein and herein, Secured Party may, if such agreement is not performed by Grantor within ten (10) days after written notice of such failure is not remedied to the satisfaction of given by Secured Party within 15 days after being notified thereofto such Grantor, Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable payable, jointly and severally, by the Grantors under Section 18(b).

Secured Party May Perform. If any the Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein and such failure is not remedied to the satisfaction of Secured Party within 15 30 days after being notified thereofwritten notice from the Secured Party, the Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Grantors under the Grantor pursuant to Section 18(b)6.2.

Secured Party May Perform. If any Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein and such failure is violation shall not have been remedied to within 30 days, the satisfaction of Secured Party within 15 days after being notified thereof, Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Secured Party (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Grantors Grantor under Section 18(b)13.

Secured Party May Perform. If any Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein and such failure is not remedied to the satisfaction of herein, at any time after written notice from Secured Party within 15 days after being notified thereofto Grantor of such failure, Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be added to the Liabilities and shall be payable by Grantors under Section 18(b)Grantor within 15 days after demand therefor.

Secured Party May Perform. If any the Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein herein, and such failure is not remedied to shall continue for a period exceeding five Business Days, the satisfaction of Secured Party within 15 days after being notified thereof, Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Grantors the Grantor under Section 18(b)12(b) hereof.
