Secured Party's Right to Perform on Pledgor's Behalf. If the Pledgor shall fail to observe or perform any of the terms, conditions, covenants and agreements to be observed or performed by it under the Collateral Documents, the Secured Party may (but shall not be obligated to) do the same or cause it to be done or performed or observed, either in its name or in the name and on behalf of the Pledgor, and the Pledgor hereby authorizes the Secured Party to do so.
