Secured Party's Right to Use Agents. Secured Party may exercise its rights under this Agreement through an agent or other designee. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each Debtor hereby acknowledges that Secured Party may, in its discretion, appoint one or more financial institutions to act as Secured Party's agent in holding in custodial account instruments in which Secured Party is granted a security interest hereunder, including, without limitation, certificates of deposit and other instruments evidencing short term obligations.
