Securities Depositories. a. In accordance with the requirements of Rule 17f-7, Delegate shall, upon execution of this Agreement, provide the Fund or its investment adviser with an analysis of the custody risks associated with maintaining assets with each Securities Depository listed on Appendix B2 hereto.
