Securities Depositories. PFPC will provide to the Funds the risk analysis and monitoring required under sub-sections (a)(1)(i)(A) and (B) of Rule 17f-7 subject to and in accordance with the provisions set out in this Agreement. In consideration of the provision of such risk analysis and monitoring each Fund agrees to the provisions set forth in Paragraphs B through L of this Agreement.
