Securities Exchange Listings. Use its reasonable best efforts to cause all such Registrable Securities to be listed on each securities exchange on which securities of the same class issued by the Client are then listed and use its reasonable best efforts to qualify such Registrable Securities for trading on each system on which securities of the same class issued by the Client are then qualified.
