Common use of SECURITIES IN FOREIGN CURRENCIES Clause in Contracts

SECURITIES IN FOREIGN CURRENCIES. Whenever this Indenture provides for any action by, or any distribution to, Holders of Securities denominated in Dollars and in any Foreign Currency, in the absence of any provision to the contrary established as contemplated by Section 3.01 for the Securities of any particular series, any amount in respect of any Security denominated in a Foreign Currency shall be treated for any such action or distribution as that amount of Dollars that could be obtained for such amount on such reasonable basis of exchange and as of such date as the Company may specify in a Company Order.
