Common use of Securities Index Futures Transactions Clause in Contracts

Securities Index Futures Transactions. (a) The last trading date specified in the contract and, when available, the closing level, thereof; (b) The index level on the date the contract is entered into; (c) The multiple; (d) Any margin requirements; (e) The need for a segregated margin account (in addition to instructions; and, if not already in the possession of Custodian, Fund shall deliver a substantially complete and executed custodial safekeeping account and procedural agreement which shall be incorporated into this Custody Agreement); and (f) The name and address of the futures commission merchant through whom the sale or purchase was made.
