Securities Intermediary Shall Not Acknowledge Other Claims. Securities Intermediary agrees that, except as expressly provided in this Agreement (including Sections 4(b)) or with the written consent of Secured Party, it shall not agree to or acknowledge (i) any right by any Person other than Secured Party to originate Entitlement Orders or control with respect to the Reserve Account; or (ii) any limitation on the right of Secured Party to originate Entitlement Orders with respect to or direct the transfer of any Investments or cash credited to the Reserve Account.
