Common use of Securities Issued or Outstanding Clause in Contracts

Securities Issued or Outstanding. So long as any Security is Outstanding, the Company will send to the Trustee within fourteen (14) days after any written request by the Trustee, an Officer’s Certificate confirming the aggregate principal amount of Securities issued and/or Outstanding under this Indenture.
