Common use of Securities Law Reports Clause in Contracts

Securities Law Reports. The Trustee shall not be ---------------------- responsible for filing any reports required under Federal or state securities laws with respect to the Trust's ownership of FMC Stock, including, without limitation, any reports required under section 13 or 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Sponsor shall be responsible for immediately notifying the Trustee in writing of any requirement known to the Sponsor to stop purchases or sales of FMC Stock. The Trustee shall provide to the issuer of FMC Stock such information on the Trust's ownership of FMC Stock as the issuer of FMC Stock may reasonably request in order to comply with Federal or state securities laws.
