Common use of Securities Payable on the Repayment Date Clause in Contracts

Securities Payable on the Repayment Date. Notice of exercise of the option of repayment having been given and the Securities so to be repaid having been surrendered as aforesaid, such Securities shall, unless purchased in accordance with this Section, on the Repayment Date become due and payable at the price therein specified and from and after the Repayment Date such Securities shall cease to bear interest and shall be paid on the Repayment Date, unless the Company shall default in the payment of such price in which case the Company shall continue to be obligated for the principal amount of such Securities and shall be obligated to pay interest on such principal amount at the rate borne by such Securities from time to time until payment in full of such principal amount. * * * * This instrument may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which so executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument.
