Securities Purchase Agreement and Notes. In the event of any conflict between any provision in this Agreement and any provision in the Securities Purchase Agreement or Notes, such provision of the Securities Purchase Agreement or Notes shall control, except to the extent the applicable provision in this Agreement is more restrictive with respect to the rights of Grantors or imposes more burdensome or additional obligations on Grantors, in which event the applicable provision in this Agreement shall control.
