Common use of Securities Registration and Custody Clause in Contracts

Securities Registration and Custody. For Any Securities we held for your Account, we may at our sole discretion register the same in your name or in the name of our associated entity (as defined in the Securities and Futures Ordinance), and we may deposit the same in safe custody in a designated account of our banker or with any other appropriate institution providing safe custody facilities as may be permitted by the applicable laws and regulations.
