Common use of Securities Regulation Compliance Reports Clause in Contracts

Securities Regulation Compliance Reports. Promptly deliver to each of the Co-Administrative Agents and each of the Banks and Issuers a copy of: (a) all filings including financial statements and reports filed therewith and amendments thereto made by the Company with the SEC pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act, and the rules and regulations promulgated under either of them; (b) all filings, financial statements and reports filed therewith and amendments thereto made by the Company with each securities exchange on which the securities of the Company are listed, if any, pursuant to the rules and regulations of each such exchange; and (c) all written communications, financial statements, reports, notices and proxy statements sent to any class of holders of securities of the Company.
