Securities Subsequently Acquired. Each Stockholder agrees that, in addition to the shares of Common Stock now owned by it as set out opposite its name in Schedule A, all Common Stock or Common Stock Equivalents hereafter acquired by such Stockholder shall be subject in all respects to the provisions of this Agreement.
