As of January 1, 2019, if you hold shares of Common Stock acquired under the Plan in a safety-deposit account (e.g., a brokerage account) with either a Danish bank or with an approved foreign broker or bank, he or she is no longer required to file a Form V (Erklaering V) with the Danish Tax Administration. Further, if you open a brokerage account (or a bank account) with a U.S. bank, the brokerage account (or bank account, as applicable) will be treated as a deposit account if cash can be held in the account. However, you are no longer required to file a Form K (Erklaering K) with the Danish Tax Administration. The Form V and Form K have been replaced by the automatic exchange of information regarding bank and brokerage accounts.
