Securities to Rank At Least Pari Passu with All Other Unsecured Subordinated Indebtedness. Subject to the provisions of this Section and to any provisions established or determined with respect to Subordinated Securities of any series pursuant to Section 2.03, the Subordinated Securities shall rank at least pari passu in right of payment with all other unsecured subordinated indebtedness of the Company.
