Security Agent and Intercreditor Agent. (a) On or about the Issue Date, the Security Agent and the Intercreditor Agent shall enter into a supplemental indenture substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E pursuant to which it shall accede to this Indenture as Security Agent or Intercreditor Agent hereunder.
