Security Agent as trustee. (a) The Security Agent declares that it holds the Transaction Security on trust for the Secured Parties on the terms contained in this Agreement. For the purpose of the Moroccan Pledge, the Security Agent is irrevocably appointed by the Secured Parties as their agent for the purpose of executing the Moroccan Pledge, and to register, manage and enforce the Moroccan Pledge on the terms of this clause 31.
