Common use of Security Agent's communications with other Finance Parties Clause in Contracts

Security Agent's communications with other Finance Parties. The Security Agent shall be entitled to carry out all dealings with the other Finance Parties through the Agent, and may give to the Agent any notice, document or other communication required to be given by the Security Agent to another Finance Party.
