Common use of Security and Liability Clause in Contracts

Security and Liability. The Committee shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or theft that may occur to the exhibitor, exhibitor’s employees or property from any cause whatsoever, prior, during or subsequent to the period covered by exhibitor agreement. The exhibitor, upon signing the agreement, expressly releases the Committee and the exhibit facility and agrees to indemnify same against any and all claims for such loss, damage or injury. However, the Committee will do all in its power to protect exhibit material against theft or damages. Exhibit area will be secured at night.
