Security and Parking. The Owner agrees to accept directions by the Landlord’s security staff.
Security and Parking. The PERMIT HOLDER agrees that the DISTRICT is not obligated to provide any type of security service or additional personnel. PERMIT HOLDER assumes all responsibility for the protection of all related DISTRICT property associated with this agreement, and the property owned by the PERMIT HOLDER from the acts of the PERMIT HOLDER or third parties, except for claims due to willful misconduct of the DISTRICT. The PERMIT HOLDER also assumes all responsibility for the protection of its agents, its patrons, its clients, its invitees, and its staff from the acts of the PERMIT HOLDER or third parties, except for claims due to willful misconduct of the DISTRICT. It is understood that any invitees, staff members, or patrons of the PERMIT HOLDER shall properly display paper parking permits sold or furnished by the DISTRICT and the DISTRICT assumes no responsibility for parking violations or citations obtained by PERMIT HOLDER patrons, invitees, or PERMIT HOLDER staff or volunteers.
Security and Parking. The person or organization using the City Hall facility will provide adequate police protection to the satisfaction of the City of Manitowoc and the Manitowoc Building and Grounds Division for theentire event and until all participants have left the premises when and if necessary to maintain order. The person or organization using the City Hall facility shall be responsible to contact the respective Municipal Police Department and inform them of the details of their event. The person or organization using the City Hall facility shall assume and pay the costs thereof for all security. The person or organization using the facility shall be required to keep emergency lanes open at all times.
Security and Parking a. Lessee will coordinate all security systems and programs for the Premises with Lessor. b. Lessee is not responsible for parking enforcement within the Parking Lot Premises. Under no circumstances may the Parking Lot Premises or any other parking areas in or about the Premises be utilized for the storage, repair or maintenance of any vehicles. Lessor is not liable for: (a) loss or damage to any vehicle or other personal property parked or located upon or within the Parking Lot Premises or any other parking areas in or about the Premises, whether pursuant to this Lease or otherwise and whether caused by fire, theft, explosions, strikes, riots, or any other cause whatsoever; or (b) injury to or death of any person in, about or around the Parking Lot Premises or any other parking areas in or about the Premises or any vehicles parked thereon whether caused by fire, theft, assault, explosion, riot or any other cause whatsoever and Lessee hereby waives any claims for, or in respect to, the above.
Security and Parking a. PFT shall ensure general security for the site. Notwithstanding the provision of such security service, PFT shall not be liable to anyone for any loss of or damage to property, goods, or equipment owned, controlled or in the custody of any vendor for any reason, including without limitation by reason of theft, damage, pilferage, vandalism, force majeure or acts of God. Vendor shall be solely responsible to provide security for Vendor's cash boxes and receipts. b. Vendor agrees to comply with all PFT security procedures, credential systems, and parking requirements. PFT will make assignments to provide Vendor with parking for fully insured working vehicles as described in Article IX(c) of this agreement. c. Vendor shall provide PFT in writing with the final list of names of all personnel assigned by Vendor to the festival on or before the date of the scheduled contract signing meeting if required. Upon issue of credentials to Vendor, Vendor shall be responsible for distribution of said credentials to its workers in advance of the event. PFT will not issue any additional credentials after original issuance.
