SECURITY AND SEVERANCE PAY. (21.01) There shall be no dismissal or any form of discipline of employees except for just and sufficient cause, subject to Section 20.02. No disciplinary action or dismissal may be based upon listening to an employee's work on the telephone unless the employee has been specifically advised that his individual work performance is being monitored in this manner.
