Security; Audit Report. FloQast provides its customers, upon their request, with a copy of FloQast’s then-current Audit Report, including information as to whether the Security Audit revealed any material findings in the Service; and if so, the nature of each finding discovered.
Security; Audit Report. Rival shall maintain commercially reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards for the protection, confidentiality and integrity of Client Data.
