Security Charges. This contract does not provide for interfering risks existing in the workplace of the CNR IBIMET, where it is expected that the economic operator must conduct a marginal part of the activities, in addition to those specific for the activities of the economic operator, and, therefore, there are not charges for the safety as for the combined provisions of art. 86, paragraph 3-bis, and 3-ter of Legislative Decree n. 163/2006, and art. 26 paragraph 3 of the Decree n. 81/08. Therefore, for this type of assignment, the document for the evaluation of the interference risk (DUVRI, Documento Unico di Valutazione dei Rischi da Interferenze in Italian) is not expected to be prepared.
Security Charges. During the term of this Agreement, CUSTOMER shall be responsible for any costs or expenses that have been or may be mandated in the future by the FAA/TSA/CPB (Customs & Border Protection) or by any other governmental authority as relates to the obligations of CUSTOMER as provided for under this Agreement. WORLD shall be responsible for any costs or expenses that may now or in the future be mandated by the FAA/TSA/CBP or by any other governmental authority as relates to the obligations of WORLD as provided for under this Agreement. Additionally, WORLD may be required to provide CUSTOMER with certain documents from time to time from the TSA that contain sensitive security information and controlled under the provisions of 49 CFR PART 1520. No part of these documents may be released without the written permission of WORLD. Unauthorized release may result in civil penalty or other action by the Undersecretary of TSA, Washington DC.
Security Charges. Former Ohev Xxxxxx Members shall pay a security charge equal to the amount of the security charge assessed to Ohev Xxxxxx Members in 2021 prior to the merger. Xxxx Xxxxxx shall not charge former Ohev Xxxxxx Members an amount in excess of the Ohev Xxxxxx security charges except in the event that Xxxx Xxxxxx’x security charges exceed 8% of the security charges incurred by Xxxx Xxxxxx during the period starting in March 1, 2019 through February 29, 2020 (“Base Fiscal Period”). For example, if the expense during the Base Fiscal Period was $10,000 then no additional security expense will be due from Ohev Xxxxxx Members until an increase exceeds $10,800. In such event, the incremental security charges will be assessed on a per capita basis to the entire membership consisting of former Ohev Xxxxxx members and Xxxx Xxxxxx members.

  • Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.

  • Bank Charges Borrowers shall pay to Agent, on demand, any and all fees, costs or expenses which Agent or any Lender pays to a bank or other similar institution arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to any Borrower or any other Person on behalf of any Borrower, by Agent or any Lender, of proceeds of Loans made to Borrowers pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the depositing for collection by Agent or any Lender of any check or item of payment received or delivered to Agent or any Lender on account of the Obligations.

  • Loan Charges Neither this Note nor any of the other Loan Documents shall be construed to create a contract for the use, forbearance or detention of money requiring payment of interest at a rate greater than the Maximum Interest Rate. If any applicable law limiting the amount of interest or other charges permitted to be collected from Borrower in connection with the Loan is interpreted so that any interest or other charge provided for in any Loan Document, whether considered separately or together with other charges provided for in any other Loan Document, violates that law, and Xxxxxxxx is entitled to the benefit of that law, that interest or charge is hereby reduced to the extent necessary to eliminate that violation. The amounts, if any, previously paid to Lender in excess of the permitted amounts shall be applied by Lender to reduce the unpaid principal balance of this Note. For the purpose of determining whether any applicable law limiting the amount of interest or other charges permitted to be collected from Borrower has been violated, all Indebtedness that constitutes interest, as well as all other charges made in connection with the Indebtedness that constitute interest, shall be deemed to be allocated and spread ratably over the stated term of this Note. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, such allocation and spreading shall be effected in such a manner that the rate of interest so computed is uniform throughout the stated term of this Note.

  • Electricity Charges The licensee herein shall pay the electricity bills directly for energy consumed on the licensed premises and should submit original receipts to Licensor indicating that the electricity bills are paid.

  • Monthly Charges Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of energy generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System meter.
