Common use of Security Collateral Clause in Contracts

Security Collateral. All obligations of the Borrower to the Bank under the Revolving Credit, Equipment Line, Bridge Loan and the Notes, as amended, constitute Obligations as defined in the Loan Agreement and in the Security Agreement dated as of May 6, 1999 by and between Borrower and Bank, entitled to the benefits of and secured by the Security Documents.

Security Collateral. All obligations of the Borrower to the Bank under the Revolving Credit, the Equipment Line, Bridge Loan and the Notes, as amended, and the Amended Note shall constitute Obligations as defined in the Loan Agreement and in the Security Agreement dated as of May 6March 5, 1999 by and between Borrower and the Bank, and shall be entitled to the benefits of and be secured by the Security Documents.
